Dubai Police & Spacetoon launched children's cartoon series 'Officer Mansour'

The Dubai Police has announced the launch of the first episode of Officer Mansour, an educational children’s cartoon series set to air on Spacetoon starting Sunday, September 1. This initiative makes Dubai Police the first law enforcement agency in the Arab world to produce a children’s cartoon series combining entertainment with educational and awareness messages.

The series centers on Officer Mansour, a celebrated member of Dubai Police known for his integrity, dedication, and commitment to public happiness. Supporting characters include Amna and Tygo, a dog companion. Each episode presents relatable life situations, teaching children valuable lessons in a fun and engaging format.

The series will be broadcast on Spacetoon five times daily for 35 weeks and streamed via the Spacetoon Go app, reaching millions of children across the Arab world. Episodes will also be available on Spacetoon’s YouTube channel, which has over 10 million subscribers and 4 billion views.

Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Mansoori, Director of the General Department of Community Happiness, said: “In an innovative move to promote education and awareness among children, Dubai Police has launched this series to deliver educational, traffic, and community awareness messages in an entertaining and engaging way. This initiative reinforces our commitment to nurturing core values and addressing societal challenges among younger generations.”
